Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership

Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership

We offer best-in-class executive education programs for Sustainability Leadership to senior leaders from all sectors.

UPCOMING SESSION: November 1-4, 2016

Through these selective programs, leaders learn powerful new strategies for enacting high-impact sustainability leadership that positions sustainability as a driver of organizational engagement, authenticity, agility, innovation, and change-capability.

Senior leaders from all sectors convene at Harvard for this new kind of sustainability conversation. Organizations and networks that have participated in past sessions include:

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY:

Past participants herald the lasting impact of this program and its content, and how it has advanced their sustainability leadership.  Senior leaders across all sectors have called the program and frameworks “relevant, engaging and visionary,” “important for effecting change in a rapidly changing and socially connected environment,” “an extremely sound investment for any sustainability leader trying to work out how to get things done,” and the “critical missing piece around change leadership and sustainability.”   Read testimonials from past participants here.

In addition, listen to a cross-sectoral panel discussion of past participants discussing their experience with the program.

ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED AND ADMISSION IS SELECTIVE:

We welcome leaders that are new to sustainability, and those who are already fluent in it. The crucial mindset we seek is that of wanting to go beyond positioning sustainability as merely an "add-on" and beyond settling for simply “doing less bad.”

We seek leaders with an appetite for driving sustainability into the core of their business and mission by unleashing its potential for improving employee engagement and organizational performance.  Learn more about who should apply and our admissions process by clicking here.
