Andrew Edgerton

Entrepreneur, MBA

Andrew Edgerton is the founder of Edgerton Group, working at the nexus of behavioral economics, new business development and client engagement. Andrew was the Director of Client Development at Gallup and New Business Development Manager for International Services at the American Red Cross. Andrew has spent numerous years helping organizations develop business development models and business plans. Andrew is also an Ambassador for Delivering Happiness, a company co-founded by Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, and Jenn Lim, CEO of Delivering Happiness, to help people, companies, and communities understand how to create culture to maximize and sustain happiness.  

 

Daniel Goleman

Author and Psychologist

Daniel Goleman is an internationally known psychologist whose work focuses on topics including self-deception, creativity, transparency, meditation, social and emotional learning, Eco literacy and the ecological crisis. Daniel’s book, Emotional Intelligence was on The New York Times bestseller list for a 18 months. And his book, Ecological Intelligence: How Knowing the Hidden Impacts of What We Buy Can Change Everything, argues that new information technologies could create “radical transparency,” allowing us to know the environmental, health, and social consequences of what we buy.

Fik Isaac

Dr. Isaac is Vice President of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson, Inc., in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, Dr. Isaac directs the development of health and wellness strategies, policies, guidelines, and services worldwide (Occupational Medicine, Employee Assistance Program and Wellness).  Dr. Isaac is also the Chief Medical Officer for Johnson & Johnson’s Health & Wellness Solutions – a company offering comprehensive wellness solutions for employers, health plans, and other organizations.

Francois is the founder of Sauer and Associates, LLC, a Leawood Kansas-based consulting firm that helps executives manifest to the fullest their own talents. Francois has expertise in systems thinking, human relations, and international operations. As a catalyst, author, philosopher, and scientist, his proven problem solving approaches are both innovative and pragmatic. Francois is the author of Relearn, Evolve, and Adapt: An Essay to Integrate Creative Imagination with Socially Conditioned Thought and Behavior, which demonstrates how we are the architects of our lives, and become what we think about.
